NexaModus CRM
The contact has one timeline, and it tells the truth.
Contact, company, opportunity and task in a single record per person — with the history of everything that happened, including what happened in other modules.
Capabilities
What the module does
Every item below describes behavior defined in the product plan — not a wish list from a sales page.
Contact and company with their own fields
Name, email, phone, source, owner, status, tags and notes out of the box, plus typed, versioned custom fields — text, number, currency, selection. Changing the structure doesn't erase what was already there.
Lifecycle on the contact, no duplicate record
A lead isn't a second table: it's a stage of the same contact (new, contacted, engaged, qualified, opportunity, customer). Qualifying someone doesn't create a copy of the person.
Opportunity with decimal value
Pipeline, stage, contact, company, value, owner, close forecast and source. Money is database decimal, never float — a business number doesn't round itself.
Configurable pipeline and a kanban that actually saves
Create pipeline, stage, order and final state; dragging the card changes the stage on the server, not just on screen. Filter, owner and value stay visible in the column.
Unified timeline
Creation, updates, stage changes, tasks, conversations and bookings all land in the same thread as the contact and the opportunity. This is where modules stop being separate topics.
On screen
How it looks to whoever's operating it
Drag-and-drop pipeline. The stage change writes to the server and becomes an event on the timeline.

Lifecycle
A lead isn't a second table
It's a stage of the same contact. Qualifying someone doesn't create a copy of the person, which is why the history doesn't split in two in the middle of the funnel.

Records
What exists in the CRM
Each record below is a real entity in the database, with the same per-customer isolation as the rest of the platform.
- Contact
- Name, email, phone, source, owner, status, tags and notes, plus typed custom fields.
- Company
- Aggregates contacts, opportunities, activities, files and conversations from the same organization.
- Opportunity
- Pipeline, stage, contact, company, decimal value, owner, close forecast and source.
- Task
- Owner, due date, priority, status and a link to the entity that created it.
- Tag
- Applicable to contact, company, opportunity, conversation and booking.
- Activity
- The event that lands on the timeline: creation, update, stage change, task, conversation and booking.
Timeline
Where modules stop being separate topics
One contact, one thread. The click on the ad, the WhatsApp conversation, the AI's classification, the booking and the stage change all land in the same place, in the order they happened.
Why this matters in practice
Whoever picks up a conversation midway can read what already happened instead of asking again. And whoever reviews a lost sale can point to where it stalled — not guess.

Integration
How it connects with the other modules
This is the part that separates a platform from a bundle of tools sold together. None of the connections below go through an export or an intermediate integration.
- CRM → AdsThe lead arrives with campaign and ad already attached.
- CRM → SupportEvery conversation shows up in the contact's timeline, and Inbox's context panel reads the CRM live.
- CRM → AIThis is where the agent reads contact and opportunity from — only with the agent's permission and a validated tenant.
- CRM → AutomationsStage changes and contact creation are automation triggers.
