Customer Growth & Operations Platform
An operational platform, not a bundle of tools sold together.
Eight modules, one database, one contact, one timeline. The whole platform exists to answer a single question: what did today's sale actually cost?
- Step 1: Ad — R$ 18.400 invested.
- Step 2: Lead — 412 leads.
- Step 3: Conversation — 389 conversations.
- Step 4: AI/Human — 274 qualified.
- Step 5: Booking — 96 bookings.
- Step 6: Opportunity — 63 opportunities.
- Step 7: Sale — 21 sales.
- Step 8: Result — R$ 876 cost per sale.

Six questions, six answers
If an institutional website can't answer this fast, it's asking the visitor to guess.
- What is NexaModus?
- An operational growth and relationship platform. Paid media, messaging support, scheduling, automation, AI, and CRM on the same database, connected in a chain that runs from the first click to revenue.
- Who is it for?
- For operations that sell by attending: they invest in ads, respond on WhatsApp and social channels, book appointments, and close through relationship. Each customer operates within its own boundary, with isolation verified on the server.
- What problem does it solve?
- The lead doesn't get lost inside a tool — it gets lost between tools. Spend in the ads manager, conversation on a phone, appointment in a calendar, sale in a spreadsheet. No one can say which ad paid for the deal.
- How does it connect Ads, support, and sales?
- Through the record, not through integration. The click becomes a contact with the campaign attached, the conversation enters the timeline, the AI reads the real schedule, the booking becomes an event, and Analytics reads all of it as a single chain.
- Why is it different?
- Because the whole chain lives in the same place. A CRM with WhatsApp stores the conversation. Here, the conversation changes the stage, books the appointment, and shows up in the cost per sale — with its confidence level stated.
- How do I talk to NexaModus?
- Through the contact form. Tell us how the operation works today, where the lead comes in and where it stalls. That's where the conversation starts — not with a proposal.
The modules
Eight faces of the same platform
Each module has its own page with the real capabilities and how it connects to the others. None of them is sold as a separate product.

Module integration
Modules aren't silos.
The test is simple: an event in any module has to be able to cause an effect in any other, with no export and no one copying data from one screen to another. The timeline beside this text is a single contact, touched by six modules in one afternoon.
That's why NexaModus isn't a CRM with WhatsApp bolted on. A CRM with WhatsApp stores the conversation. Here, the conversation changes the stage, books the appointment, and shows up in the cost per sale.

How we build
Six decisions that matter more than a feature list
Any platform promises features. What sets one apart from another is what it does when the data is incomplete, when the provider goes down, and when someone needs to explain a number six months later.
- One customer, one boundary
- Isolation between customers is an absolute requirement, enforced on the server. If the customer can't be determined with certainty, the operation fails — it doesn't guess.
- One modular monolith, one database
- Modules with a clear boundary over a single PostgreSQL instance. A module's boundary is one of domain, not of address: no module becomes a separate subdomain.
- An external provider is an adapter
- Contract, health check, and configuration screen exist before the credential does. That's what lets the product get built without being held hostage to an API approval.
- Durable queue, not "we'll deal with it later"
- Asynchronous work with retry, delay, concurrency, dead-letter queue, and idempotency. A webhook that arrives twice doesn't charge twice.
- Versioning instead of overwriting
- Automation, AI agent, and rule profile are published as an immutable version. Fixing something today doesn't rewrite yesterday's history.
- Every number has an owner
- Every metric declares its definition, source, window, and owner. A metric without a contract doesn't make it onto the dashboard, no matter how good it would look there.
Proof
Proof, not promises.
NexaModus is building this platform right now. Instead of filling this page with invented testimonials and client logos, we'd rather say exactly what already exists, what's being rolled out, and what the platform refuses to fake.
What's already live
- NexaAds, a NexaModus product already in production today: media dashboard, campaign hierarchy, metrics and account score.
- NexaAds being absorbed into the platform, with a parity inventory before any retirement.
What's being rolled out
- CRM, Agenda, Inbox and Automations as the new platform's first delivery.
- Official Meta channels — WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook — with signature validation and their own queue.
- AI provider under an authorized credential, behind the gateway.
What the platform refuses to fake
- Without a provider credential, the adapter shows as demo — never as connected.
- Without embeddings available, there is no simulated semantic search.
- Inferred attribution never becomes a measurement, and an undefined indicator never enters the dashboard.
This site doesn't publish pricing, plans or customer counts because the commercial model isn't defined yet. When it is, it will appear here — not before.
The conversation starts with your operation.
