Who it's for

Built for businesses that sell by attending to people.

Operations that invest in ads, reply by message, book appointments, and close through relationship. If there's a conversation with a person between the click and the money, the chain NexaModus keeps connected is exactly yours.

This page has no customer logo, no testimonial, no case study. Not because they would look bad here — because they don't exist. NexaModus is building the platform right now, and the first thing a technology website can do for you is not lie on the first screen.

What we can say honestly is below: which operation format the platform was designed for, what its day actually looks like, and who it is not for.

Operation formats

Six formats, the same problem

Different industries, identical pain: money comes in through an ad, passes through a conversation, and goes out through a booked appointment — and no tool sees all three.

  • Health and wellness

Clinics, private practices, dental, aesthetics. The ad brings the question, someone replies on WhatsApp, and the sale is a booked appointment.

The front desk is the funnel.

  • Appointment-based service

Studios, repair shops, salons, technical service. Capacity is finite, and the wrong slot costs an entire day's window.

An empty slot is lost revenue.

  • Education and courses

Schools, open courses, technical training. The cycle is long, the decision goes through several conversations, and enrollment happens weeks after the click.

The lead cools between one contact and the next.

  • B2B consultative sales

Professional services, industry with sales reps, software sold through conversation. Multiple people in the decision, multiple stages along the way.

The opportunity has a stage, not just a status.

  • Retail that closes by message

Catalog stores, resellers, higher-ticket products. The cart doesn't close itself: someone answers a question first.

The conversation is part of checkout.

  • Regulated services

Accounting, legal, brokerage. Advertising has limits, relationships sustain the book of business, and the record of what was said matters.

    An audit trail isn't optional.

Operation formats the platform was designed for. Not customers, not case studies, and not references — when those exist, they'll appear here with a name and permission.

The sign it's for you

Six statements. If three sound familiar, the conversation is worth having.

None of these is a problem of effort. They're all the same problem of structure: the information exists, but it lives in places that don't talk to each other.

  • You invest in ads and no one can say which campaign paid for yesterday's sale.
  • The lead arrives outside business hours and the first reply goes out the next day.
  • The customer already explained the case twice, to two different people.
  • The calendar lives in one app, the history in a notebook, and the sale in a spreadsheet.
  • Someone on the team spends Monday manually consolidating three exports.
  • Two customers have already been booked for the same slot, and it was treated as a one-off.

What the operation looks like

One day, eight steps, a single record

These aren't eight tools talking to each other through integrations. It's the same person moving through eight steps inside the same record — with each step handing context to the next.

  1. Ad

The campaign runs in Meta's ad manager and spend is synced into the platform, with campaign, ad set, and ad preserved.

  2. Lead

The click becomes a CRM contact with the source attached — not a loose name on a spreadsheet tab.

  3. Conversation

The message lands in an inbox where whoever replies already sees who the person is, what they asked before, and what's still open.

  4. AI or human

The AI replies with what's on the published version's tool list, and hands off to a person when confidence drops or the action is sensitive.

  5. Scheduling

The offered time slot is read from the real calendar, with a buffer window and a conflict lock at the database level.

  6. Opportunity

The contact becomes an opportunity in a pipeline with a stage, an owner, a forecast, and a decimal value.

  7. Sale

The closed sale enters the same contact's timeline — the same timeline that holds the first click.

  8. Result

Analytics reads the whole chain and states what that sale cost, declaring how much of the link is measured and how much is inferred.

The eighth step can only exist because the seven before it wrote to the same place. That's the entire difference, and it doesn't fit in a feature list.

When it's not for you

Four cases where the honest answer is no

A product that's for everyone doesn't serve anyone well. We'd rather lose the conversation now than lose your trust in the third month.

Businesses that sell without attending to people

If the sale closes at checkout with no one talking to the customer first, most of the platform sits idle. A good pure e-commerce setup needs something else.

Businesses that just want a message blaster

NexaModus is not a mass-messaging tool, and won't become one. What it connects is conversation, calendar, and pipeline — not a list.

Businesses that need this running tomorrow

The platform is being rolled out. If your operation can't wait through any rollout at all, this isn't the moment — and saying so now is cheaper for both sides.

Businesses that want a new tool without a new process

Connecting the whole chain changes how the team works. If no one there wants to touch the process, the platform becomes an expensive CRM with WhatsApp attached.

Proof

Proof, not promises.

NexaModus is building this platform right now. Instead of filling this page with invented testimonials and client logos, we'd rather say exactly what already exists, what's being rolled out, and what the platform refuses to fake.

What's already live

  • NexaAds, a NexaModus product already in production today: media dashboard, campaign hierarchy, metrics and account score.
  • NexaAds being absorbed into the platform, with a parity inventory before any retirement.

What's being rolled out

  • CRM, Agenda, Inbox and Automations as the new platform's first delivery.
  • Official Meta channels — WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook — with signature validation and their own queue.
  • AI provider under an authorized credential, behind the gateway.

What the platform refuses to fake

  • Without a provider credential, the adapter shows as demo — never as connected.
  • Without embeddings available, there is no simulated semantic search.
  • Inferred attribution never becomes a measurement, and an undefined indicator never enters the dashboard.

This site doesn't publish pricing, plans or customer counts because the commercial model isn't defined yet. When it is, it will appear here — not before.

First operations

There's still room to be one of the first.

We don't have a limited number of spots to announce or a countdown to show. What we have is a platform being rolled out, and real room for your operation to shape what gets built first.

Tell us how the process works today. From there we can say, honestly, whether the platform solves your case — or doesn't yet.
